With the resumption of the new school year, the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA) has again started awareness activities in schools, continuing the work for the online protection of children and young people. In cooperation with the State Agency for Children’s Rights and Protection (ASHDMF), NCSA organized this time an awareness meeting with the students of the 9-year-old school “Ahmet Zogu” in Kamëz.
Since January of this year, about 600 children from 13 schools across the country have been part of these activities. The activity aims to raise awareness about the safe use of the Internet and technology, instructing children and young people to navigate carefully in the digital space, taking advantage of technology, but at the same time avoiding potential online dangers.
NCSA will continue with these meetings throughout the school year, helping more students to become aware and protect themselves in the digital world. These lectures are an important step towards building a safer future for the younger generations.
